I'm sorry you are having to go through this.  I truly know how you feel; my husband can be very insensitive to my feelings and needs as well.  He eventually comes around; but by then, the damage is done.  And by damage, I mean the effect it has on health problems. 

I can't offer much advice since I deal with a similar husband.  But I can truly sympathize and empathize with you.  It's difficult enough to deal with health problems.  But we should be able to count on our family to be there for us both emotionally and physically.  Just remember that you are a person with worth and value; you don't deserve to be treated like this.  And the thing with the insurance is NOT your fault; he is being ambiguous about what he wants.  And then he is turning around and unfairly blaming you. 

Is there anyone else who can take you to your appointment?  I hope you can get some sleep tonight and also hope that your husband comes around and apologizes to you soon.

I am super fortunate, my husband is very compassionate with my illnesses. He understands what I am going through and wants to make life easier for me.

All I can say is do what it best for you. To help you get by and feel better. Think of yourself first and don't feel guilty about it. When it comes to your health, you don't want to slack off in any way.

It sounds like you have had better days, so remember there will be better days ahead. Try not to worry, try not to stress. And live one day at a time. One moment at a time if you have to.

Try not to let him control your moods. Strive to be happy and don't let anybody take that away from you. You might have to over look somethings, but you can do it. I just know it.

I probably should not say this but I cannot stop myself;  Find out what is truly bugging you in your life and get rid of "them."  How can you feel well when you are continually beaten down emotionaly?  I am sure your kids love you and need you and would really like for you to be happy.  He won't take you to your appt and you are in pain?  Wake up honey!  I do not even know this person and what you said just sets me a blaze, so cold.  I know this probably did not help but I will keep you in my prayers and I hope you feel better soon.  Just, don't take that crap.........no one deserves it.  emotional cruelty is as bad as physical abuse.
