I have just done a brief review of your previous posts and wonder if you have been to your Doctor lately or are you in therapy?
I know you were grieving the loss of your Aunt and it is ok to reach out for help to get through a loss of someone you loved. Please do look at therapy or a Grief Support Group if this continues to be a problem for you.
Try to keep busy and perhaps volunteer work may be a way to keep your from feeling so alone and even a place to meet new people.
