I will abide by the good basic values I have accepted.

D = Desire I will continue to be desire peace and strength in my mission to live this life to the best of my ability
E = Excited I will try and find excitement in everything I do and find a way to enjoy myself through exciting things.
F = Forgive
I have forgiven myself...thus I forgive others.
G = Goodness I will foster goodness.
H = Healing
Healing yourself will aid in healing others.
I = Imagine
Imagine your best dreams coming true.
J = Joy
I will try to find joy in everything that I do.
K = Kind I will be
kind to unkind people - they need it the most.
L = Laughter
I try to keep laughter in my life. I try to laugh at myself when I do stupid things. I do love to laugh.
M = Motivation I will work with whatever tools I may have at my command
N = New
Every new day brings new hope.
O = Optimistic I will remain optimistic and look at life through opportunist eyes.
P = Persevere
I will persevere with my recovery and not give up or give in to the hard times.
Q = quantity I will give a big quantity of love to others so that i can have a quantity of love
R = Respect
I will respect myself and I will respect the journey of others.
S = Support
I will support others in their daily battles and help those who find it difficult to support themselves
T = Turquoise
Turquoise……… a lovely color.
U = Unique I am unique- just like everyone else.

= Valued To feel valued, to know, even if only once in a while, that you can do a job well is an absolutely marvelous feeling.
W = Wonderful
