Need help

I am 21 years old i have two kids and my husband wants out and left me few weeks ago Ive been suffering from depression for years now.. When i was little I lived in an abusive home and at the age of 15 molested by my own father...... Im so lost and confused the only reason im on this is cause i dont have anyone and i dont want anyone to know im dealing with this. I dont know what to do i just need advice

The breaking up a relationship is difficult – especially if it’s not your choice. I am so sorry you are going through this right now but please do remember that your feelings are normal for what you are going through.

I know you feel lost and confused right now as this is all new for you. Please do give yourself plenty of time to work through this one step at a time.

I would like to encourage you to consider counseling to help you through this painful time. One on one counseling can help you understand your feelings as well as teach you skills to cope with your pain.

Coming here and sharing your story was very brave of you so please know we care and stick with us.

I am so sorry for your past experiences. I think that seeing a counselor could help you deal with that. I think that taking care of this and putting it in the past would help you get on with life. I am also sorry for your man leaving. I guess that he couldn't handle things. Take this one step at a time. I know that you are probably very lonely right now. So feel free to post here anytime, we are here for you. You have a lot on your plate right now and just writing things down helps. So stick with us. We will try to help you in anyway possible.
