Just want someone to talk to

Im just wondering if anyone is online and wants to talk. Talk to a complete stranger about things I wouldnt normally tell anyone. I feel really depressed lately and I cant find a way out of it. I dont like talking to people about it but I think it will be a good way to relieve stress ive built up in myself

Welcome to HealingWell and the depression board. We won't be strangers for long.

We've all suffered or are suffering from depression and it's myriad co-conditions. Feel free to talk about whatever you need. We're very supportive and understanding here.
