so alone and really just need someone to talk to/advice on trembling

guys is anyone awake? im having a horrible night and just need someone to talk to, i feel horrible and my hands trembling like crazy! they for the past two month have been shaking but never to this extent, the last week and a bit they have severly been shaking to at a few points i couldnt write without it being scribble, does anyone know why this may be? but more so i just really need company and to chat.

hey serafena, im not on any meds so thats definantly not whats causing it and the tremblings been going on for two or so months and the hardly eating because of loss of appetite has only been the last month. Im was speaking to a counsellor but it wasnt achieving anything so she refered me to a psychologist so i should start next week.
