hey people. im just writing to say that im going to admit myself to hospital. i took a really bad turn and have decided i need to take action before i do something silly again. its wierd coz i thort i was on the mend. hopefuly i can get the help i need. at the mo im with a friend who used to be a nurse. he will take me tomorrow or monday. thank you all for your surrport. i will be back on here soon
