alright. Long story short, my mother and I do not get along. Her presence literally makes me uncomfortable. I hate it. It's just her. None of my other family members. I don't know what to do, and am at wits' end.

Welcome to HealingWell. I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with your mother. You give us very little information to respond to, though. Are you suffering from depression? How old are you? How is this impacting your life? What is she doing that you can't live with?

Have you confronted her? Have you ever talked to a counsellor or therapist about your troubles with her?

Hello Questioneroftactics i would like to say hello and am very sorry that your not getting along with ur mother and are feeling very distressed about it all. I too am in a similar situation but it involves my father and am at the point where i cant even be in the same room as him and i have a terrible fear of him also. I just want you to know that ur not alone and if you ever need to have a talk please dont hesitate to contact me by email. I absoulotely understand how you are feeling in regard's to your situation. Also can you explaine further about whats happening with ur mother,if your depressed on med's or have a good doctor or councellor ect!!! A little bit of information would be very helpful not only for you but for many other people on this forum as they too can give you some wonderful advice but need more information ok. Please take care and look after you!!!!
