hi all, got a message on my answering service from mum. and an apology for not making contact, i feel much better for this. his dellusional and paranoid thinking is esculating, hence an increase in meds. feels that he should go to jail for stuff that he has not done. will call mum in the morn, i think i need to visit. will advise. thx, jamie.

karen, he is not in trouble with the law at all, his delluded mind is telling him that he has done this and that. i hope he improves soon. thx 4 caring. jamie.

mum is under the pump a bit. i said i am happy to come down and give some support. she was asked if she wanted a break, re bro going into care for a week or 2 but she said she was okay. i could hear the strain in her voice. his dx is depressive psychosis, and at the moment they are working on the psychosis. he is sleeping alot, re: increase in seroquel. apparently having trouble with voices and random comments from the t.v. otherwise mum has noticed a slight improvement. i gave her the heads up on things she needs to be vigilant about. mum was so stressed that she finds it hard to even make a call, i fully understand. mum and i are fine, just me being stupidly paranoid!!! thx 4 keeping me straight on this my HW family. is receiving constant psychiatric care from the local cat-team. this is good. (crisis assessment treatment team) and he hasn't been hospitalised as of yet, this too is a good sign. will head down over the w/e or early next week-just a day visit to aide bro and family. cheers, jamie.
