Boy, what to do

Mmmm........Ashland City in Tennessee, right? I saw on the news over here I think it was in May this year that they had a pretty severe flood, is that right? It looked like a lot of damage was done, it showed the McDonalds being flooded. I have actually been to Nashville and as I remember, it was raining pretty hard then, that was back in 2004.

Lets hope the doctor can do some good for you, I am sure he will and you should feel confident too although don't get your hopes up too high in case he can't, but just wait and see and I guess you will have to be patient also.

You can't just say that "you have to go to court" and not tell me what for (smile). Is it about your daughter? Or something else? Are you worried about it? Can you get legal aid, because I think you might need to. Only tell me if you want to, if not just tell me to mind my own business. I hope this won't affect your joining the army, will it?

They might let you out for going to the army. Explain it to them if it comes to that. Because going to the army is a big thing now. A way of improving yourself. So because of the structural nature of this, they might let you go.

Hopefully it wont come to jail time. Think positive as much as you can. Know that we are all here for you.

Don't get down over this. If you can't pay, you can't pay. It's pretty tough if jail time even comes into it, they can't get blood out of a stone. You should be entitled to legal aid of some sort, are you? Have you checked that out? You have got to be prepared, so if you're not entitled to legal aid, then you have to write down everything on paper in support of your case.

Like Karen said, going into the army is a big thing now especially when Obama is going to send 98,000 troops to Afganistan by August of this year..... at least that was what was said on our news a couple of weeks ago. So I think they are going to need you even without that GED.

Pick yourself up Adam and remember I am thinking of you, you are a good person who has just struck hard times at the moment and that is only temporary until you can get on your feet.

I think that is pretty unfair, however you can do it yourself. So you have to sit down and write down everything that you have been doing since you paid your last child support, I mean everything. How many job applications you have put in, how many places you have rung and got knock backs from, your sister helping you, your truck being off the road, trying to joing the army, trying to get your GED. Have you inquired from the army about getting in without the GED, maybe there is an exam you can sit, it's worth a try.

Be strong, you're a good person, a good father who loves his little girl.
