Seen my therapist for the 2nd time in 2 weeks...this may be a good thing for me. I am going to see her once/week. Alot we have discussed in making sense already. According to some papers I filled out I am mild anxiety/depression....whatever this means. My BEST to all of you! Deacon Blues

keep with the therapy. since the anxiety/depression is mild your recovery will be far quicker-esp with the work you are doing with your therapist. keep going, well done. your recovery has started. healings, jamie.
