First of all hitting the other boy isn't going to solve anything but it will surely get you into trouble with the Police. He obviously doesn't have much respect for females either. Do you know if it was on purpose? Why didn't your girlfriend say something to him at the time it happened, as it sounds a bit like the horse has bolted so to speak. How long ago was it? Why is your girlfriend even telling you about it now? I do agree with you though on one point and that is why your girlfriend even speaks to him.

When she said she didn't know what to do, she should have gone right up to him and told him not to ever do that again and demand that he show her respect. The only advice I can offer you is to take into account that he is 3 years younger than you, but I would probably let it go now but keep an eye on him in the future.

Maybe somebody else can offer a different opinion. But please take my advice and don't hit this boy, I can imagine how you feel seeing it is your girlfriend now but she wasn't when it happened, so just let it go. That's what I would do.

Okay, well your girlfriend is right, he is just a kid, probably a smart alec but you aren't going to achieve anything by letting it get to you the way it is. Do you have anger management issues? If you do, you need to do something about that before you get much older because I can only warn you that it will get you into serious trouble and the last thing you want or need is a police record, right?

Why would you feel like a fool when you see him? You haven't done anything, he is the one who looks like a fool, not you. So now you being the older boy, you have to show him how you treat your girlfriend is the right way and not the way he did. He was probably trying to be a big man in front of his mates.

If you think you can speak to him maturely about it and not get physical and angry then try and speak to him about it. But please heed my warning about the Police record.

Do nothing, this was over a year ago and all he did was touch her. Like Harrington said, he was probably just showing off. Do not hit him. And forget about it. It is nothing.
