Hey Saae, I'm glad that you found your way here. For me things like the night sky, enjoying the beauty of nature...they are one of the few things in my life that bring me true joy. If you do get sick when outside, whether it be allergies or just because you're unused to it, I would suggest reading my post on Rhodiola Rosea. I will bump the post anyways because I was gonna ask jaimee how he is doing. It helps with immune resistance and also just general resistance, whether it be allergies or what. It also (by my own word, I took it for two months before having fund issues) makes you just generally happier...it's kind of hard to explain exactly. I felt a sense of well being for what seemed like no reason, found myself smiling more, more talkative, more energy, and felt more like the "myself" that I strive to be.
I would say that more sleep would be a huge factor also, that is aaalways good to get. I would also suggest really looking next time your outside and the stars are out, give yourself a minute...let the view soak in...sit for a few and think about
the fact that they are all actually unbelievably huge masses of fisson, most larger than the Sun by many many times. Hehe now try to think about
the spaces involved in such a proposal, between each of all the tiny points that you see...and those are just the ones that are visible through the haze of the atmosphere. On top of that...we are but one galaxy of many in the universe, all filled with the same stars and distances, all of it Created for us. When I find myself doing this...things in my mind calm, everything slows down a bit, it gives perspective to what is more important and what is less.
I don't know if it will help you, but this is just what I know to help when I am feeling like what you explained. I hope that you feel better and that your move goes as smoothly as possible (hehe always expect some changes), and keep us posted on how you are.
Christian
