... and perhaps we forget... I think might be helpful to remember that sometimes we can be so caught up in our own pain, and not realize the damage we do to another. All we know is that we hurt, and that something someone else says or does hurts too, and we end up hurting each other out of mutual senses of pain.
Perhaps we might consider that one's actions are out of pain, and not out of malicious nature. There is a quote that I borrowed from another member that I think describes this best:
"If we would read the secret history of our enemies, we would find in each other's life sorrow and suffering enough to disarm all hostility."
I would appreciate that there be no responses to this, just silent contemplation in that we never really know how much another suffers, and we all suffer.
