PACE YOURSELVES.

What a great post, Jamiee, I would like to learn to do that. Sometimes, I pace myself right out of doing the things I need to do!
For me, I think it has a lot to do with feeling tone.

Being retired keeps me from worrying about trying to pace myself, too.
Having specific things that are required to be done might help me get back into the idea of the need to pace myself.

It's Genetic

That was great Jamiee.  I find since I have retired I have trouble making up my mind what to do and I need to get more motivated to just keep in the ballgame.

seen the dr. lithium and magnesuim levels are perfect. we had our normal crack up session!!! was excellent. next lipids all and u & e creatin, cholesterol. blood pressure perfecto, pulse, 114. this is apt for me, i always have a quick pulse, i said it will drop when i die!! he laughed his head off!!! will work on sugars, he gave me the referal for the specialist-also beleives likely that aches and pains will decrease when sugars do. i tend to agree. good sugars no pain, bad massive pain....possible correlation we are looking at. his wife is a diabetes prof, so they know what they are on about.

lost weight, thought i'd put some on. weight circumferance down. must have did mine when i was unwell. have lost 1 centimetre though. fact. okay, thx 4 listening. with compassion 2 you all. jamie.
