I have been writing in my journal about how I feel and of things that have happened. I did not have a happy teenage life. Not that I blame that but everything has come to a head on me and keeps blowing me over. I scared to admit I have a problem I think I am denying it. When I read up on depression and bi-polar I see alot of me and it scares me. it means admitting  it. I just cry when I try to talk to my therapist I know what I want to say but cant let it out. i have a safety plan and things I can do when I get really bad but I have so much pain I just want out of it. I feel like I am going out of my mind. How do I just let it all go? I want to be happy

Why don't you write it all down like you did here and give him the piece of paper to read. That way you will get it acrossed to him how you feel. I have to do that sometimes, or write lists of what I want to talk about. If I don't, my mind goes blank.

good advice above, write it all down that way you can take as much time as you need and when you are on the spot its right there for you. if i don't write it down i always forget, ever just at my regular doctor i need to write my questions down. Hope you feel better today, keep us posted.
