Start eating fresh fruit if you can. Apples is a good one when they are sweet. There is a book called "sugar blues". If you can find it, read it. It is not a very big book and it tells a lot of interested things about sugar and how we are addicted to it.
When I took wellbutrin, I wasn't hungry often and didn't crave foods. In fact it made food taste wierd to me. I had a hard time eating. But it might be the sugar in itself. Once you eat some, you crave more. Have you been more active lately? Perhaps that is giving you an apetite???
I hope that you get the cravings under control and try not to give in to the cravings, but don't deprive yourself either or you may binge. Not easy to do I know.
Take care,
Hugs, Karen
