I just wanted to mention all of the caring and compassion I am seeing on this forum.  It makes me feel really good to see this.  I am seeing people coming together and getting better.  I am happy to be a moderator here with so many kind and caring members.

me too stuffed. jamie. walked the dog, been to the chemist, done my sugars pills, creams etc. now rest. jamie
