IG,

I just wanted to thank you for helping so much while my internet was down.  It was so frustrating not being able to get here.  You did a wonderful job of greeting and giving advice.  And I see we got a lot of newbies.  Again, I just wanted to say thank you and to Jamie too.  You guys really are gems.

Believe me, I learned great respect for your loyalty and work here on
the Depression Forum! You don't really know how much the people who communicate here want to talk to you and Jamie. I mentioned earlier where some of the best talent is on the forum.  They're also glad to be able to talk to all who give views on what will help, I think.

Am having some big changes in meds prescribed after having had
a bad reaction to a Glaxo-Smith product, so will probably be a little
slower during the next few weeks while adjusting--that may be a relief for you!

If you slow down on the forum, that is understandable, but you will be dearly missed. Your wise advice is so much appreciated here. And not only do you give it, it is clear to me that you follow it. Especially where your health is concerned. I like all of your tips on healthy living.

I hope that the change in meds goes over well for you. I hate having to change medications, there is always that transition period. Post when you can. What you say is always so helpful. Take good care of yourself.
