Lonely

since young i have been a low confident guy..it become worse when people start making fun of my name when i was in sec school,and also my back as i was a little hunchback during that time..time pass but that period of time have make me darn scared and angry when someone try to call me nicknames.things went back to the same when i join the army and the same old thing happen again..i survived..but on and off i have some time i really feel darn awful i feel like i cry easily..feel sad easily..and always feel lonely even when i am surrounded by friends..i dont knw if this is call depression or nt..but these time that i feel this way have become so regular recently that i am scared..i will just suddenly wake up and feel depressed or when i was alone i will just feel like crying without any warning..just want to talk to someone about it and been through some of the post around here and feel like just writing out my feelings..sorry if i shldnt have post here..as i knw compare to others my case is seriously nth..just have to deal it on my own..

we are here for you. i am in therapy and it really helps me. i beleive it will you too. i too right down stuff, for my therapist, dr. shrink, etc. and i post here to get wonderful support as well. keep posting. jamie
