brother in hosp.

my brother has been in the psychiatric hospital for 2 and a half weeks. may be coming out monday. long story.

his dx schizo affective disorder, been extremely dellusional and angry. he went missing for 3 days, police report done and found. will advise. been busy gettig the family ready for his return. bought a new computer as well. explain more later. got my therapist in the morning. jamie.

hi jamie, I think you have done remarkably well at managing the stress. I'm glad you have the therapist appointment today so some energy is poured back into you and a chance to clarify any confusing thoughts. You give so much to so many people, and I like to think you get as much back as you give out, even though getting isn't ever your raison detre. You are human too and you need support sometimes too! Don't beat yourself up over the school work - you are enrolled and you are doing what you can. You are doing the most you can do with your illnesses and your circumstances so be very proud of you. I am :) BTW Congrats on the new puter!
