Thanks for being so helpful. Actually I was dever diagnosed with bipolar; it's major recurrent depression. I'm feeling quite awful and a bit . I think I'm going to call my Pdoc to prescribe lamictal. It the mean time I'm increasing zyprexa and hope it helps... 
I had to remove one word out of your post and I am going to give your thread a title. That way more people will notice it. I think you got some good advice from Sue. And do feel free to check out the bipolar forum too. You might find it useful. Please refer to the depression resources at the top of the page, there might be some site there or numbers that could help you at this time. I am sorry that you are feeling so down.
