Gabriell3,
The print in your post is so small that it is really hard to read. You sound so sad. And very negative. I know that goes along with depression, but let's see if we can't get you feeling better.
First of all, you are not ugly and you are worthy of people as friends. You are just going through low self esteem because of the depression. I don't know if you are fat or not. Usually we see ourselves as fat when we are not. You may be over weight, but you can fix that. It all takes time and patience.
Are you seeing a therapist or counselor? I highly recommend that. If you are over weight, start walking and watch what your calorie intake is. Walking burns a lot of calories. I quit drinking pop and started on water and I have lost 20 pounds.
You stay in Singapore, where are you origionally from? Just curious.
I hope that you start to feel better soon. You might want to talk to a counselor about seeing a psychiatrist as you may need medications. A psychologist or therapist can kind of tell after seeing you for awhile if you do or not.
Try not to be so negative about yourself. Love yourself for who you are. If you feel that others don't care, then you should be the first to care about yourself. But I think others do care. They may not understand what you are going through, but if they did, they would care. Know that we here at HealingWell do care about you and want to see you happy.
Keep posting.
Welcome to the forum.
Hugs, Karen
