not coping. have avoidance coped the last 2 nights. aaarrrrggghhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Jamie,

I hope that your day is starting out good. And continues to do so. Glad to hear that you are getting some sleep now. I sure bet that feels good. Keep us posted on how you are doing. I talked to another Aussie friend on skype tonight. It was fun. I love the way she talks.

i am super depressed. so exhausted, not caring...........etc. want to stay in bed. i am pushing myself though. last night i remembered georgia's passing. couldn't sleep for ages. tossed and turned, etc. i hate this. i rarely use the word hate, but i am in context, i hate this. jamie

been here a fair bit today, having my lemon tea, shower, do my sugars, have a needle and drop some pills. got the shrink tomorrow. not yet though. but in that order!!!!! ha ha.

Yeah, a good shower can be good therapy..my sleep was horrid, thaat's all. Good you are going to shrink tomorrow, hang in there, I'll be here allll day

Sorry you guys aren't doing so well. Must be going around. Kind of down this morning. And we can hate this cuz it SUCKS. Always wondering when will it get better. Then when there is a pleasant moment. Wondering how long it will last. Siigggghhhhh. Hang in there guys.

My husband said even without seroquel, you are still doing better than before abilify. Sometimes it is hard to tell if I'm doing better or worse-lol.
Get my seroquel tomorrow and SLEEEEEEP, but pharmacy called and said the prescriber has to get prior authorization for this script. For my dughter's migraine it took them like 6 weeks!!!
OMG!! Will I ever get and stay on my meds?

Jamiee-are your medications expensive? Do you have socialized med like UK? I had my wisdom tooth pulled in UK for 25 pence!!! No anesthesia though-ouch

yeah, called the pharmacutical benefits scheme. for people on pensions. jamie

seen the shrink, he was very good. we have decreased the seroquel to 300mg at night as of this evening, cool. also my bloods indicated that my tegretol levels were a tad low, thus i am going up to 400mg morning and night. my shrink really listened to me, the inner child stuff he said to leave be at this time, fears that it will break me beyond repair, we are lucky to have him, he is the best in our region, hence i trust him totally. he also indicated that my bi-polar, from his observations and mine that it is more mixed state at this time, and that my personality disorder is borderline in nature, we still are sticking by the current dx of both at this time. see him in a month. soon i will be of the seroquel all together!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i read my 3 page letter and he really got it. i appreciated it. he said that he is going nowhere and that i can see him for a good stretch. he was worried that where i was seeing him under the government dept and he was leaving to take a very senior position that he would still see me, and he is. not evening charging a cent, nor the government either. i said i was touched, for the rejection would have killed me if he left me to a new shrink. he said the same about the rejection. so that is my little update. am tired, long walk to his building from the bus stop. walked buttons and done some dishes. see you later guys. jamie.

That is all good news!! Jamie, I'm so glad to hear that. I am smiling for you. It is sooo hard to change therapists or docs when you have that relationship built. Have to start all over again.

LOL! I can't wait to get seroquel and you can't wait to get off it...I did not realize how much I relied on it psychologically...I am completely a b****, so short-tempered. I wished I had a tank so I could run over all the idiots on the road-aarrgghh cannot stand MYSELF...that could all be due to sleep dprivation too

Anyway, good new on yr front, sorry you are still missing yr partner. Grief is kinda of like waves in the ocean, crash in and roll out.

thx maggie, yeah i miss her. yes this would be due to sleep deprivation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am glad i don't have to change shrinks. he is really a top bloke.

when do you get your seroquel? soon i hope. here for you.

getting ready for bed mate. been a long day. test my sugars soon, been ok today, so that is good. been raining this evening. not heavy though. sister drop by tonight, got a belated birthday card from mum, cool card. sis didn't have my money i loaned, had to put petrol in the car for her defacto to get to work. he is an idiot, lets put it that way-so i don't get into trouble!!!!!!!!! have a good one maggie. keep well and strong, and know that your always in my thoughts. jamie
