I think when we get use to being with a certain person and then they are gone, it feels like a part of you is missing. Just like a death. The person is there and then they are gone. I thnk we have to grieve a relationship just the same way. And with that there are no rules. It is all in how we deal with it and process it. Some people get over it easier than others. But it is a change and everything feels different. Different things remind you of that person and what you did together. We are all different and there are no rights or wrong to grieving.
I think the increase of meds will help you. Especially if they were helping you before. This may have happened at a time when your meds needed an increase anyway. I hope that it evens out for you. And I hope that you can get past this and move on with your life. Keep posting. Know that we are all here to support you.
Take care,
Hugs, Karen
