I think Maggie has a point about the anxiety. But you might want to mention this to your doctor just incase. But anxiety can have a lot of physical symptoms.
If you are interested, there is a book called "feeling good" by Dr. David Burns. It is a good book about cognative behavioral therapy. I find it very helpful. I have had the book since in the 80's so it has been around for a long time. I had lost mine and got another copy on amazon for only 6.00. Also there are a couple of free online services that could help you.
