Have you thought of getting checked for fibromyalgia. The pain and fatigue during the day and not being able to sleep at night makes me wonder. Maybe tak to your doctor about this if it keeps up. You might have to go through some tests to get a dx, but it is worth it. I hope that you feel better soon. And I hope that your boyfriend starts being nicer to you. And quits beingt loud. When somebody is loud, it can make a person nervous.
Let us know how things go. You will get more replies soon I am sure.
Take care,
Hugs, Karen
PS It could be chronic fatigue too. But depression does cause these symptoms too. Sorry to confuse you.
Thanks, Karen.
I have herniated discs that are impinging on nerves, so I'm in a lot of pain ever since it happened last December. I'm being treated for it, but it still really hurts my mobility. So that is what causes most of my pain. Other related spinal issues cause things too. I do think I could have arthritis, however, because my joints hurt sometimes--and not just one specific joint like me knee--but all my joints almost. (Wrists, ankles, elbows...etc). The cause of that pain may be worth checking out, I guess.
My doctor just says my lethargic stuff is from my depression, and he said at the time that it could be seasonal. That was over a year ago, though...so I doubt it was seasonal. lol!!
It could partly be due to the fact that I am very inactive, so I don't really burn much energy during the day--and then by night my food and stuff boosts my energy levels up or something.
