does anybody else get this?

I only feel that way if I need to eat something. I actually need a certain amount of sugar in my diet or I get very sick, lightheaded, and nauseous. Chocolate helps me, but I might just be a strange case since sugar/caffeine tend to be bad for depression and anxiety. I'm sure someone will come along with a better suggestion.

As for getting nauseous before your meds, I'm wondering if this is a conditioning response? Do you not like being on meds, or do they give you side effects you don't like? Maybe the nausea is your body's way of telling you it doesn't like the meds, perhaps unconsciously. Just a thought. Though you said your husband gets like that too, without meds.
