I am sooo spaced out and tired and blah this am, kinda like cookie and display were yesterday. And I'm giving them all my positive attitude crap or that's the way it feels this morning.. just venting...I have to drive to the city late afternoon for Katie's counselor tomorrow and back to city wed am and afternoon for my 2 docs and Thurs am early, my sister arrives. I can't wait to see her but we still haven't cleaned up enuf for me. L:ike we saying yesterday, we place really high expectations of ourselves even when others are giving us a pass. She has always been understanding about my pain and depresssion, believes fibro is real etc. She said in email this am "Don't clean too much". Oh and she has to drive from Boston to NYC today-poor thing-what a mess!!!

MY daughter just came home-lost her phone!!! Told her she better get back over to that house and find it!!

Oh well, just wanted to gripe. Now I am going to take a shower and follow my own advice-lol

Try not to over do things today and make sure to have a good
moist heating pad ready for when you get home, so you
can relax after every days long journey. Many well wishes
and I hope it's a good doctor visit for you...

Yes I get to see my shrink and pain doc on wed so should be a good, if exhausting day. And my sister is coming to see me and my daughter, not my housekeeping standards, so I'm going to stop obsessing abou that. I think I'll make one of those bed buddies today.

Got a case of the spacies today Maggie??? I can sympathise with that. Can't get going today. Just took a shower and I am freezing. Got a chill. Getting the bed buddy today too to warm me up.

Wanted to go for a walk but don't think I feel up to it. Don't even want to finish getting dressed. In my jammies... But I should and get walking around. I am going to make a huge pot of Chili today. My hubby found my big pan. I couldn't find it. It was in a box marked PAN... lol... Talk about spaced out!!!

I truly hope your appt with the pain doc goes well. Remember you might have to start of with something little and work your way up. But I hope that he gives you what you need right off the bat. Do let us know how everything goes, you got a lot going right now. Take it one day at a time. One moment at a time if you have to. And know we are all right her cherring you on.

Try not to let old anxiety come around either. We got your back so to speak...

Come here if things get rough. But I am sure it will all fall into place and be a wonderful week.

LOL Karen on yr pan-I don't feel so bad. I was looking all over my room for the remote and pulling covers off and it was in my hand the whole time-lol-then I couldn't remember what it was called, came up with "object"-lol

I know it will be a good, maybe even excellent week...I am such a worrywart, just like my Mom was.I tend to niggle things to death.

Yeah I showered put clean sweats on, even a lil cool downhere and cloudy. I'm driving Katie's 2 friends home, pizza tonight.

I just can't wait to see both docs, especially pain doc. Not much info online. I do know he is from China and his wife is md also and last summer, she went to work and forgot thier 1 yr old son in the car and he died-isn't that so tragic. It happens around here a couple of times a year and I feel so bad for them. To live with that burden, I don't know if I'd make it.

Anyway, I hope it makes the doc more human, they can get robotic on us sometimes, but I have great empathy for his pain.

OK everyone curl up w/ heating pads day!!

That is very tragic. It would be hard to live with. I hope he does have empathy for you and gives you what you need.

I am getting ready to start on a pot of chili. Yeah, the "pan"...lol... I just got to get moving. Got a chill in my I can't get rid of. Dog wants to walk. I really need to do that too. Maybe it would warm me up to get moving around. It is nice to have company from you all when I am home.

Enjoy the heating pads. I got the bed buddy. Using it...
