Basically, I'm talking about
insomnia vs sleeping all the time.
I have suffered tenacious insomnia for 30 years, which got much worse after dx of fibro and depression. I have s2 sleep disorder, so takee klonopin and cpap for those, no improvement...I sleep but do not feel refreshes at all when I wake up.. Sleep has been a MAJOR issue for me...I would give anything for a peaceful night's sleep..I have tried everything under the sun to help it..I practice good sleep hygiene and have tried every tablet or method know to man
Now, the last 3 days, all I can do is sleep...I am overcome with sleepiness and must lie down and go to sleep, someties for 20 mins and sometimes for 2 hours, slep about 12 hours both nights and coupla naps in between. It does not really feel linked to depression, but?????
Has this happened to anyone? I wake up feeling good for about an hour and then get sleepy again..made myself get up and do things yesterday still shaking my head and opening car window to fight it off...no driving today-lol.
Any suggestions or experiences with this? I do take hydrocodone, which always made me "speedy" in a good housecleaning way, now they are making me tiresd too, REALLY tired.
Any advice or similar experiences!!I haver to stay awake somtime...my husband thinks I'm taking "someting" not prescribed.
