am feeling very ordinary, very manic / very yuck.

diareeaoh is back. hypo's are back, aaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

cold yuck weather too. have a lot to do this w/e.

paperwork for the diabetes study i am in.

and other bits and peices. very tired.

not sleeping, too manic. you get that with being bi-polar!!!!!!!!

have a good w/e, i will be right.

thanks all. i appreciate your care and support. ~ jamie. one day at a time guys. it is the cycle of rapid cycle bi-polar disorder. yeah it sux. got my therapist tomorrow arvo, am looking forward to having a chat!!!!!!!! he is a good bloke. take care, luv 2 you all.

Hi Jamie.  So many ups and downs.  I'm not sure how you handle all this.  Does your bi-polar meds make any difference at all with the cycling?

so tired guys. at the moment i am rapid cycling thru depression and mania constantly. haven't slept in days. oh well, it will come good. got a busy one tomorrow, well almost today actually!!!!! i ran out of abilify today, hence feelin like ****. better days await. love to all. jamie

When do you get your abilify Jamie? I hope it is soon, I couldn't make it without it myself. I just picked mine up. 40.00 copay. Yuck... But it is such a good med. I have to take it. The doc prescribes double the mg and I cut them in half so that they last me two months. Plus they give me samples which really helps. It is an expensive med, but worth it.

I hope you get some sleep Jamie. Keep us posted.

in the morning i pick it up karen. yeah, a very good med. sorry about ya co-pay. it is worth it. samples, cool, no samples here!!!!! keep ya posted. time for night meds soon. got the therapist, luckily in the arvo. an hr or so later got the diabetes study to go to. so i will p-up the abilify in the morning. thx 4 caring, love, jamie

That is good Jamie, you didn't miss a lot. It probably stays in your system for a day or so.

Hi Jamie:  I think it is your day right now, so I hope it is going well.  Hope your therapist and diabetes appointments are helpful.

I'm actually doing okay myself, thanks for asking.  Today was a good day.  It has been the first one in a long time.  I actually feel happy tonight.  And that is huge for me.  I haven't been able to "feel" things in awhile, if that makes any sense.  These days don't come around too often so at the moment I am very grateful.

Keep hanging in there!

nono  sadly i am on my speed-way bike. no brakes full throttle nono   jamie.

nono  more diareaoh as well. nono   am hanging in there. am a emotional wreck.

am cycling between depression and mania like constantly, oh well. this will pass. i hope !!!!

I hope that this subsides soon. It must be like a roller coaster. I don't know how you manage, but i am glad that you do. Do keep us posted. We all care so much about you!
