Yesterday was my fourth day of my first real job (8-5) and they haven't fired me yet! I learned a lot about my job in training and it was a good day.

I just love all of you posting what is going on.

Today looks like it is going to be sunny. It is very frosty outside. But we are suppose to have a sunny week. It is kind of cold though. But it is November. So what can I expect??? We had a nice autumn, so I should be happy with that.

Today I am 53, sure feel younger than that. But that is my age. lol...

Awty, I am truly happy about your new home. I hope you have many memorable years in it. I hope Moki Doki doesn't get your feet too much.

Granddaughters joining me to help baking today.
Found my shopping list...(after I had to re-do it). Pleased to find that I'd only forgotten one item! (sterno for the chaffing dish)

Hope your day is not too frenetic. Raining hard here right now.

Good morning all!! It's 0600 here in ontario canada.

It's snowing outside, i have xmas music on the radio.

Not much sleep had this night. Much on my mind.

I need to have more testing done this am as something was found on my mammogram. Please say a little prayer for me if you don't mind.

Grandson coming for a little visit this afternoon.

He always brightens my day. He is three months old.

This is a really nice thread!!!

Saying prayers for you. I hope it is nothing on your mamogram. I hate them, but they catch things early. You may be like me and have dense tissue. I hope that is all it is.

Thank you for all the support my friends. It sure helps knowing that you really do care. i should get the results in a week or so.

How is everyone today. Did I tell you we had snow yesterday> That really got me in the xmas spirit. This Sat. i will take my grandchildren to the evening santa parade with all the floats lit up. It is such a beautiful parade at night time.

Joyce where is your hubby from? I am in Ottawa. I too am french canadian and am bilingual.

Getting a facial done today and then off to a scrapbooking class. it feels good to be a bit social. As chronic pain seems to be quite a lonely illness.

Hope you are all having a bright day. What are you doing today?

MY cup runneth over today with blessings, not work!!!! Men are taking care of turkey, house was clean when I came home from hospital last night, Katie is doing her school project to bring up low grade, 70 degrees and sunny, and cymbalta seems to be helping with pain (altho very groggy)...very hopeful and optimistic for me, my family.

Hope all of you have a day filled with family friends and food!!! Glad to be home

And a very Happy Thanksgiving to you Karen, it's so good to be home...the dogs went nuts when they saw me and got good hugs from daughter and hubby...I'm feeling great today...don't know if it is temporary high or new meds or what but will enjoy every second and pray for more-lol

You are right, we got to enjoy it while is lasts. But the cymbalta might be a good match for you. You never know, hopefully you will have the right anti D. I had to go through quite a few before I found what was right for me. The effexor worked good for many years, but the pristiq works much better. I feel very lucky. And I hope that you are too.

What am I doing today?
Not as much as yesterday, that's for sure! Did too much this Thanksgiving....it's going to be the last for me as hostess. I'm exhausted.

So today... putting away the good dishes, making turkey soup and I MUST fill the bird feeders... they deserve a good meal, too.

Yes, today is turkey veggie soup and turkey, stuffing and cran sauce sandwiches on crusty french bread-yum!

Our mealtime was fine, weather was glorious (70) and peaceful.
Hope y'all have a quiet day and are not standing somewhere for that ridiculous black friday thing-lol
