Hi guys

Just wanted to say hi to my friends. I haven't been able to focus much and can't follow the threads. When I am able to read, I can't manage to respond. I do think about you all. In a not so good place, still. I did however, have a few hours of relief. I just don't feel like doing anything. I have to pull it together because next week at work, I am being observed on Tuesday and my boss and her boss are coming to visit on Wednesday. I can't even focus long enough to get a plan written down. She's bringing her boss to see me so he can get a feel for our program. If she only knew that it takes everything I have to be able to get to work. Now she wants what I used to be able to do. I don't feel like I am as good as I was. Can't focus. I hope I get it together.

Any way. Hugs to everybody. Hope you are feeling well and if you aren't, hope it improves for you quickly.

Breathe very deeply stillme, try to center your mind....you are a terrific smart person who is more than capable to deal with yr job

Chronic pain(nerve), fibro and mild depression

Thanks for thinking of me. Doing better overall. Still unmotivated and blah. Focus not too great either. But, the sadness has moved. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the worst, I have gone from off the chart to about 8 and a half. Thankful for the relief. You all are still on my mind, just can't focus long enough to read all the threads. Sorry. Hugs to you all.
