i just don't know anymore!!

you know guys would just love the ability to have a period of wellness for awhile. am i asking too much? have been intensly unwell for a long time now. please. please lets get this sorted so i can feel better. this is pure murder and i am over it! big time. going back 2 bed. it is wee hours.

Sometimes it is just a fleeting moment when I feel like a relatively happy well-adjusted person and I savor it because I know it is in my grasp...sometimes it is as simple as a big slurpy kiss from ther dog or a beautiful sunrise or laughing at the tv where we actually go out of ourselves and immerse in the world and get away for a moment from the hamster wheel in our minds that roll and roll and never get anywhere..

Sometimes we have to go seek it, hug a friend, play some up music and dance by ourselves, even sing into the hairbrush-lol, eat fudge (doing that right now)...some days we just can't but other days the sun shines on our souls and warms us if only for a little while
