Hi there Ocean!
I'd agree with everyone else's advice. Trying hard to keep confidence in yourself is a big deal, and sometimes you just need to keep repeating to yourself (sometimes out loud!) that you can do this and you're capable of it.
I'd say that if I were in your shoes, I would try and keep in as much contact with my support groups as possible. By support groups I mean everyone that you trust and who supports you during tough spots. It sounds like your parents would be one such group, and maybe any mental health providers you are seeing--and this forum as well! Keep in contact with all of them and keep them updated on how you're feeling and doing from day to day. It's really important that you have this support while you're making such a big change in your life. You can make your home a 'safe zone' again, it just will take some settling in I think. Sometimes you need to ease into situations, and making sure you're letting your supporters know how you're dealing with things will help you in that goal.
Please keep us updated, and I wish you all the best! :)
