Depression sucks !

I am 51, not working, and this is sucking the life out of me.

If you declare that you are depressed to an employer, forget employment.

Is there anyone out there that is experiencing the same ?

To anyone out there who is going through depression, getting older, I want to hear from you.

I meant to mention on the other thread, getting out and walking helps. You have to start really slow. It gets your natural endorphins going and it makes you feel better. Not to mention a sense of accomplishment. I just go around the block for now. But once summer comes, I will go out in the woods.

Mushroom hunting in spring. It all adds up and makes you feel better.

Try walking. Slow at first. five minutes.
