I have been doing DBT and CBT for 8mos, the therapists issue is the amount of trauma I have and they fact that I am still beng overwhelmed at times. My therapist will not be trained in it until October. So I fell like I am back to square one. I am trying to stay positiv and stay in the game but no interest, it just want break!
