Sounds like you need to make some changes. Starting with focusing and relaxing when you get home. Breathing and centering throught out the day to reduce your stress. Please research DBT skills at this site and on the internet they will help.
Then perhaps, you might want to look for a new job if you are this scared and stressed out. I have been out of work for a year now. It was terrifying at first, however, diability unemployement and God has provided. You must find faith in something and focus.
