Oh boy, Alexis, I really don't have anything planned for today. I guess I should, maybe mop my floor. But the guys are working on the bathroom some more, so there really isn't any sense in doing that. I will have to cook supper later. Probably hamburgers. That is all that I have out. Got to do some shopping soon. Got to get some meats. I run out of ideas. I am hoping my hubby brings home subway. He often does, and then I don't have to cook. So we'll see what happens. He is going to finish up the walls in the bathroom and probably do the shelves. I look forward to that being finished. I guess he is doing the ceiling too. It will look a lot better. I am glad that the majority of it is done and it is functioning.

I am glad that you like the pic of Jasmine. Kristy and I took her for a walk today. She loves her walks. And they are good for me too. Still trying to lose weight.

Hi Karen,

Right now I am watching Brave heart with brad and having a ceaser salad I am going to see my friend at 5 tonight till 9 then come home and relax for the night I am glad your bathroom is coming along I know when I lived at home with my parents we redid our bathroom and it took a long time my mom did a great job so did my dad.The very first year we moved in my great grandmother's house my dad bought her house when she passed away in 2006 we bought it a year later we did alot of work. we ripped wall paper down in both living room and dining room and all the hallway going upstairs it took a while but we did it my older sister shannon and we even painted too it was alot of work. I am glad you got to take Jasmine for a walk I know my dog loved her walks too. I hope you have a wonderful afternoon Take care Alexis :-)

That was a good movie. I enjoyed it. I am not doing much. Just made hubby a sandwich. I don't know what I am going to do the rest of the day. The dog wants out so I will take her out on the leash. Not much going on at this end. I hope you have a lovely evening.

Good evening Karen,

How was your day mine was great I had a great night. I went out and seen my bus driver friend for a bit we like chatting about everything. I was freezing on her bus she had the air on but I had a sweater with me so I was ok. I am watching a movie called salllow hal its really funny its a comedy. I am just relaxing for the night with brad we are just watching that movie I told you about hope you have a great night. Alexis

I saw Shallow Hal. It was really funny, but had a great ending. I loved it... I am glad you saw your friend. That was nice. I had a good night, woke up early as usual. It looks like it is going to be a nice day.

Good morning Karen,

How are you this morning? I am good except I got a migraine this morning I woke up at 8:00am with a pounding migraine so I took som meds for it  and still have it and it is almost 11:30am. What are you up too today me not sure yet what I am doing we are supposed to be getting a thunderstorm from 12 -6pm we will see from friday until sunday its supposed to be real humid I am glad we have air conditoning if we did  not I would not be able to sleeo right at night. Are you walking jasmine today with your friend to see if you can get anymore of the vine from that man's house. I hope you have a great day. Alexis :-)

I am sorry about the migraine. I hope that it goes away soon. Keep me posted.

We are suppose to get the same weather today. Chance of rain later today. I am so sick of rain and wind. But this whole spring has been like that.

I did go for a walk with my friend and Jasmine. Right now Jasmine is under my computer desk. The guys are using a nail gun and she is afraid of it. So she is hiding. I feel bad when she gets scared. There have been a lot of fire works and she is afraid of them too. I try to keep it loud in the house so she doesnt' hear them. But that is hard.

I am stilll dealing with the migraine I am getting shooting pain in the left side of my head. I went out for a walk with brad to get his pants fixed then we went up to limeridge mall and had harvey's then went to fortino's to get some groceries we did not even buy that much and it came to 40 dollars you don't get much now a days with trying to buy food I find it crazy to do shopping any more. I am glad jasmine had her walk poor girl scared of fire works and the nail gun poor dog but at least she is around you so she should be ok. Tak care hope you have a nice afternoon think I am going to lay down and see if that helps with the migraine. Talk soon Alexis :-)

Sometimes you need to lay down in a dark room to get rid of a migraine. I have occular migraines. I don't usually get the headache, but I get visual effects. I don't like them, and I haven't had one in a long time. I get them when I strain my eyes.

I hope you get some rest and that your headache goes away. I am kicking back for the day. Somebody brought us a case of White Castle Hamburgers. They were good. We still have a lot of them left.

I hope that you feel better soon. Take care, relax. Write when you can...

I am doing much better now I laid down for a bit. Brad made me a piece of my chicken breast I bought today at fortino's. I am glad you had a nice day. It looks like we are going to have some thunderstorms either tonight or tomorrow I don't like them too much. How is jasmine doing? I am watching the simpsons I am pretty bored nothing to do here with crappy weather coming. What are you and your husband doing tonight. Brad and I are just relaxing tonight. Take care hun Alexis :-)

We had some icecream with strawberries that we picked last year. It is almost time to pick again now. I am not doing much. Watching tv about a guy who works with dogs in NYC. Kind of like the dog whisperer, but different in a way. Pretty interesting though. It is about german shepherds and malonois. Cool looking dogs. I am so glad that your headache went away. Do you know what triggers them?

I am not sure what triggers it I woke up with it so I am not sure. I love the dog whisper that show is cool. i love watching pick a puppy on cmt its a cool show Brad is just watching up the dishes as i am writing back to you I am glad you had a good day did you guys get a thunderstorm tonight. Karen where do you and your husband live I am not sure if I asked you but I forget. I was listening to music not doing too much since it was raining I was going to see my friend tonight but I glad I did not I would of be rained on trying to get home we are supposed to have more rain tomorrow and maybe even a thunderstorm. I am in Norhtern Lower Michigan. I trhink that is why our weather is so similar. You are just across lake Huron from me. I think...

I got up kind of early. It is only 6:30 now. But the sky looks clear. I don't think we got any rain last nibht,. I trhink we got to water the garden today. They say a shower Saturday morning. But it is suppose to be warmer today which is nice.

Good Morning Karen,

How are you today me I am good I just woke up at 11am I was really tired today we went to bed late last night. I fell asleep watching tv. So what are you doing me I am going to see my friend later tonight if we don't get the thunderstorm they are calling for today. Brad is cutting up some strawberries for me for my breakfast I always try and have some fruit in the morning. I hope you have a nice day and enjoy your walk with jasmine I miss my dog sadie she was a shihpoo she waas the best little dog I loved her so much I took her back to my mom I was having a hard time keeping her grooming up its alot of money. my mom had company over it was her best friend's niece and then she took her then with in a month she got rid of her and we don't even know where she is now I was so heart broken over it but I just hope the person that took her is treating her good. It was just barely morning when you posted. If it would of been three minutes later, it would of been noon. lol... You were a late riser today. lol... It is good to sleep in once in awhile, I was up early as usual...

My friend came over and we took Jasmine for a walk around the block. It is nice and warm, but still windy. I am sick of wind, but it has been that way everyday for a while now. I guess I am getting use to it. It does keep the bugs off of a person I guess.

My hubby hopes to finish the bathroom today. He got some really pretty shelving and the brackets are cool. They look like wroght iron. Black, white shelves. So it should really stand out. Just as long as they are functional. Which I hope that they are. I just want a place to put towels, toilet paper and odds and ends. My perfume and creams. I love stuff like that. Oils and such. It is going to be really nice when it is finished. I hope it is today, but I am not getting my hopes up. Things always slow a person down. Something always comes up you know...

I hope you have a good day. I am glad that your migraine went away and is no longer bothering you. Keep me posted on how you are doing.

I am glad you enjoyed your walk with jasmine and your friend I was doing my laundry I got a brace made for my left hand and its too tight so I had to make an appt with the people that made it at chedoke hospital here in hamilton. I am glad things are going well with the bathroom. I have to go to my appt at 10:30am tomorrow so my grandma is taking me in the morning. I am watching the first 48 with brad we like this show then at 4 brad has to pick up his pants a lady fixed them in the mall in jackson square we are going to pick them up at 4 I am going to have something to eat then see my friend Doris. Its going to be really warm tomorrow so I am going to have to be careful in the heat. take care Alexis

Hi Alexis,

Sounds like you are having a good day today. I am happy for that. I am too. I have yet to water the garden, but I wonder if I should wait until the sun starts to set. It is pretty warm to be doing it right now.

The walk was nice, except Jasmine is a car chaser, so I have to really hold on tight when we are walking and a car goes by. I live on a busy road and I worry about that. But she doesn't like going out by herself, so hopefully that helps. She wont go out on her chain anymore. I have to take her out on the leash. Oh well...

I hope that your day continues to go well.

yes i will the sky is looking really dark nw I think we are going to get some rain or a thunderstorm yes we like the first 48 we are watching it its on here till like 9pm. I think we might get the rain but I am not sure. I had a Jamican patty for lunch today I love them. So what else are you doing today what are you guys having for dinner tonight. I am just writing back to you and looking out side I hope if it rains it stops by 4 so brad can get his pants cause we have to walk to get them hope you have a great great afternoon what is the weather like where you are. It is sunny and kind of hot here today Alexis. I don't know what I am going to make for supper tonight. I still have hamburger and chicken noodle soup. So it will probably be one or the other.

I was just out with Jasmine. It is really warm. We sat on the ground for awhile while she chewed on a stick. She keeps brining them into the yard. Then the guys have to move them before they can mow the grass. What a brat... But I let her do it so I am the bad one...

I am thinking about getting a new perm in my hair. There is a beauty school in the next town over and the perms start at 25.00. It is students who do your hair. But I think they generally do a good job. I hope I get a good one. I think I will get my hair done next week. I have to call and make an appointment.

I am going to have to water my tomatoes and beans tonight. It is too hot right now. I really should water my hanging baskets though. I think I will do that soon. They are in my greenhouse. I have two greenhouses. One huge long one and a smaller one that I really like a lot. I like them both but like the smaller one best.

good afternoon Karen,

I am glad your doing well, thats cool about your green houses I find them pretty  neat we had a thunderstorm here just like they said we were going to have it rained pretty hard. Brad had to pick up his pants at the mall now he is feeling really sick from his hernia it blown up in his heart and lungs it really suxs cause thats how mine was too. we went to subway for dinner tonight I had a turkey breast and brad had a cold cut. I love when you asid that jasmine loves eating sticks and leaving them in the yard then your husband has to pick them up before he cuts the grass thats cute. I hope you have a great night I am going to see Doris tonight i am leaving here at 5:20pm to get her bus for 6pm. Take care Alexis :-)

Yes Doris and I had a nice visit I said to her I will see her on tuesday night. Brad has a meeting in burlington So he will be getting home late. his meeting is at 2:55pm

I glad jasmine was good for you today and that you got to water your plants. I am just watching a movie with brad then I have to take my meds early tonight I have my appt early with the hospital have to be there for 10:30am so my grandma will be here at 10am. I have to run to town this morning. I don't know how long I will be... Got some errands to do and a little shopping. I am wiring some money to a friend who's mother is ill. She wants to go and visit her. I hope it gets there and helps her.

It looks like it is going to be a nice day. The sun is coming up, but it looks to be windy again. We have had an awful lot of wind lately. I don't like it.

I found worms eating my bean plants. I am very upset. I killed two of them. They are cutworms, they eat the leaves off of the baby plants and it kills them. I might have to replant. I read that if you plant in later June, they are already gone out of the ground. So that is what I will do. Very frustrating.

I hope that person gets the money to be there for their mom. I hope you get to grow your plants again by the end of june. I know it's nice of my grandma  to take me today to my appt. I hope they can fix the brace and I am not waiting there to long last time I went we were there 3 hrs I was not pleased at all. I might ask my grandma is she wants to go out for lunch when we are done at the appt. I hope you have a fun time shopping today I know I love when I get to go shopping for myself

What else are you doing other then shopping and running around you going to go for a walk and taking jasmine I know she loves her walks I am just waiting for my grandma to call and say she is on her way I hope you have a great day. Alexis :-)

Good afternoon Alexis,

I hope that your appointment went well. Let me know. I hope that they adjust your brace so that it is comfortable for you. I also hope that you and your grandmother have a nice lunch. I went to town and did my errands. Got a pizza for the guys for lunch. I had a piece, it was pretty good. I don't eat much pizza. But I bought a couple of donuts and I am wanting one. I get cream filled for me and custard for him. I like the cream. I like donuts with coffee. I drink a lot of coffee through out the day. Probably too much, but it doesn't make me nervous or anything. So I drink it. I always have. I kind of grew up with it. My grandparents raised me. They drank a lot of coffee. So I was drinking it when I was a kid. It didn't stunt my growth either. lol...

I got some dust for the bugs that ate my beans. I will replant. Once I access the damage, I will replant. Little buggers anyway.
