Hi Karen,

I just got home from the dr's appt they fixed it up a bit for me they put padding where my fingers sit my grandma and I went out for lunch to tim horton's we had vegetable hearty soup and a dinner roll my grandma had a black coffee and I had choclate milk. I am going to see Doris tonight I am glad you had a good day so far.you were really busy today you did alot of running around and you even bought pizza for the guys that was nice of you.I hope you have a great afternoon. Hi Alexis,

I just had a cream filled donut. It was too sweet. Lots of stuff in it. It was almost too sweet to be able to finish it. The custard ones are very heavy so I know that there is a lot of stuff in them. Maybe too much like mine.

I haven't done much of nothing since I posted last. My girlfriend was over and we did walk Jasmine. That was earlier. She was good, except barked at one person. She is that way especially towards men. I don't know why men set her off so much. She is a wierd dog. Full of phobias. I hope that I didn't make her that way. I protected her and sheltered her as a puppy. I held her all of the time, she has seperation anxiety too.

It is hot here today. I am in jeans, I think I will put shorts on. It started to rain, and looks like rain again. But I don't know what it is going to do, I haven't seen a forecast in awhile.

I am glad that you had a good appointment and a nice lunch with your grandmother. It sounds like she is really nice. That is cool...

Hi Karen,

I had a good time with her and wow your doughnuts seem yummy I love doughnuts but tooo much bread bother's my stomach since I had my hernia surgrey I can't eat alot of bread. I am glad jasmine had a nice walk and yes its hot here too but we have had no rain so far. we are supposed to have rain tomorrow. then thunderstorms on monday and tuesday hope it does not i hate thunderstorms. Brad and I just came back from goodness me we bought water there its good from there. I am going to visit Doris tonight since Tuesday is going to storm I was going to see her but I thought I better not go out in the crappy weather but we will see it could change who knows. I hope you have a nice afternoon I am just thinking where I want to eat tonight not sure Maybe I will buy some snack wraps at Tim hortons. Take care Alexis :-)

I am glad that you had a good time with your grandmother. That is so sweet. You will have fond memories from this.

I think we are having shrimp tonight, but not sure, maybe tomorrow instead. It is awful hot to be cooking. I think we are going to get a storm too. It sure looks like rain, it has all day. But nothing yet...

It is Friday night and I have no plans. I guess that means I am getting old... lol... The weekends don't mean much to me anymore other than the traffic is heavy. We are going to help a friend pack up stuff and move tomorrow. She is a nice lady. She adopted her twin granddaughters. I don't think that they are up though as it is all work moving. She is going to take some of her plants and said that I can have the rest. I will help my girlfriend dig them up as I don't have room for any of it. She will like them though. She had a lot of hostas and vinca vine, I think some lilies too. I will see tomorrow. I was wishing that I could see the girls, but I doubt that they came. They are both about 10. So cute and identical twins.

Not much else going on. The guys worked on the bathroom some more today. I think that hubby will do the rest by himself. Not sure about that though. We set the shelves just to see where we want them and how they will look. They are going to be nice. I can't wait for that and my towel holder. lol... The simple things in life excite me...

I glad you had a good day and night we are supposed to be having a Thunderstorm Storm all night and alll day tomorrow. I am glad you guys are helping your friend move that's really nice of you to do that. I had a great day I will chat with you tomorrow Alexis

Good morning Karen,

I just woke up I have a migraine today from the rain outside we are supposed to have thunderstorms later today.

Karen I had to laugh when you said you were barley awake that was funny. I am pretty mad now we just got notice from our building saying we are having a sniffer dog come in to smell out our apartment for bed bugs cause we are having people that live here bring in things from outside that are infested with bed bugs and causing everyone else to suffer and if we don't allow them in we will have to leave and they will end our tenacy here. I hope you have a great day I am going for a shower.

Wow, a sniffer dog. They can detect bedbugs? I guess I would let them in then. But it seems like an inconvenience, but I guess they gotta do what they gotta do... Yea, I get on the computer early. I am half asleep when I do that. I probably shouldn't write that I am half asleep. lol... But the brightness of the screen wakes me up kind of. Kind of like a light box would I guess. I drink coffee when I get on the computer in the morning too. I drink coffee thoughout the day sometimes. But I know it isn't good to have too much. Oh well. One of many vices I guess. lol...

The sun came out today. I thought it was going to rain all day because it was raining this morning. It is breezy again too.

My husband went to a storage auction. So far he got two units. I hope he doesn't get more. One had three guitars in it. I play a little. I have one but it needs some work. I am curious as to what these are like, I am going there this afternoon. Kind of like a huge Easter Basket or something. I am kind of excited. But hope they aren't full of junk. We have enough of that. Good thing he didn't pay a lot for the units. But I bet it was kind of fun bidding on them.

I hope that your migraine goes away. Does the weather effect it? I know when the barometric pressure changes, my pain gets worse. Usually right before a storm. I don't like humidity either. I think it is getting humid today. Oh well... The weather often changes here so you never know what it is going to do.

I had a shower then I had a hot dog and hash browns that brad made me for lunch then I watched a movie called Willow it was released when i was 5 yrs old and Brad was like 7 or 8. I am watching family guy. Karen that seems pretty cool, that you husband got those units and it has guitars I like hearing people play those there cool. I like acoustic guitatrs they are my favorite. I hope you have fun with your husband this afternoon. How is Jasmine doing today did you take her for her walk with your friend. I thought you were supposed to help your friend move today? I am not doing too much today as we have crappy day and its raining. Hope you have a nice day Alexis :-)

My husband found a couple of guys to do the heavy work. He is suppose to call me if they need any help. I would probably actually be in the way there. With the fibromyalgia, I can't do a whole lot. I do want to see her before she goes down for good.

I have an acoustic guitar. A yahama. It has a really pretty pick guard. My husband is reglueing it though. We had a fire last year in our shop and I think that the heat made it come off. It didn't burn, but it got smoke damage. I need new strings for it too. I looked at the guitars he got. There is one from Brazil that is worth stringing. The other one has a good sound. There were three all together though. One is for a kid. The Brazilian guitar is suppose to have a different sound. I am anxious to hear it. I haven't put strings on a guitar in years or tuned one.

How'd you guess I went for a walk with my girlfriend and my dog this morning??? LOL...

I guess I am really predictable. But I get in a routine, and I have to do things. Jasmine wont let me not. lol...

Good evening Karen,

I just got your message now I was helping my neibour do his laundry tonight then I went over to my girlfriend's place I have not seen her in awhile

she broke her wrist and he is off work for 2 weeks. I am glad you had a good time and took jasmine for a walk.I jad a pretty relaxing day I just bascially relaxed all day had a nap and watched movies. Tomorrow is going to beautiful and hot.I love when I hear you have had a good day does your fibro bother you alot I sometimes worry that you are in pain when I read you can't do alot because if that it suxs I will chat with you tomorrow Alexis :-)

Good Morning Alexis.

I shut the computer off early last night and went to bed. I was tired from the heat. Hubby always stays up later than I do. Well most of the time.

I got to get my shower this morning, I took one in the evenings because it was so humid, now i am off track again. So a refreshing shower sounds good this morning. I soon have to do laundry. My chores are piling up on me. Don't want to stress out about it though.

It is a nice morning. I see some of my poppies have opened up. I can't wait to go look at them. I had one yesterday but the wind tore it up. Will probably happen today too.

Yes I do get a lot of pain, but I am use to it. The doc just upped my pain meds and that is helping.

Good afternoon Karen,

I just finished having my shower I woke up at 11:30am here in hamilton. I am just watching The Bugs Bunny And Tweety Show I love this cartoon its my favorite show I am just relaxining today we have hudmity today its like 35 but it does not feel like it out. Karen I guess you were pretty tired lastnight. I fellasleep about 12:30am I wanted to be a little lazy and sleep in I love sleeping in once in a while. What are your plans except you walking jasmine are you just taking it easy today. I hope you have a good one. Alexis :-)

Today was strange. I had to go through a bunch of stuff that my hubby got in a storage unit and I didn't want any of it. I am glad he didn't pay too much for it. It was mostly junk. I think he learned a lesson. I hope. I hope he doesn't go to anymore storage auctions. I am not happy about it. But what can you say. Even older people have to learn lessons. Now my yard is full of junk. lol... It will be gone tomorrow. There was a nice set of dishes in it. So that we can sell. But not for much. We are going to have a garage sale. Fun... Work to me...

I did walk Jasmine around the block with my friend. We went over to a house and got some goodies. The lady moved. She said we could have what was left. There are plants that we can have too. I don't want any, but my friend does. She can have a lot of them, there are a lot there.

I hope that your day is going well. I was up at six. Early... I have to do dishes and sort laundry. So much fun...

I am glad you walked jasmine. Its a hot day here I went across the street to the store and it was pretty humid. I can agree with you on the storage auctions alot of that stuff is junk there is not alot of stuff that iss usefull to us. how much did he spend on them I hope not alot. I am watching a show called pet hero's its a cool show its on cmt it's about animals saving lives. we are supposed to have more humidity tomorrow and tuesday what are you guys doing today? I am glad you are having a garage sale that is cool hope you guys make a bit of money. I just taking it easy today. Talk soon Alexis :-)

Hi Alexis,

It is hot here today. Tomorrow we are suppose to have thunderstorms. It is humid here too. But then after the thunderstorm tomorrow, it is suppose to be in the 60's and 70's. That is more comfortable money.

He didn't spend too much, so it wasn't a huge loss. But I think it was not so smart of a move.

We are having shrimp tonight. It is going to be good. I can't wait. I am hungry.

Will you walk after the sun goes down? Or not? I like to go out at night. Especially in autumn, I watch for shooting stars. It is fun... Sometimes you see a few of them. Usually in August and September.

Didn't go a whole lot today with the heat. It is miserable, isn't it? I hate it, but I hate snow even more than that.

I hope that you have a good night too. I will probably go to bed early as usual.

Good morning!!!

I am up early as usual. But I didn't get up until 7:00 today... Sleeping in lol...

It is a quiet morning. Suppose to storm today. Then cooler temps for awhile. Sounds about right...

Not so much going on today. Same old same old. Got dishes to do and odds and ends. I got a nice little table yesterday for the bathroom. It matches my sink. Dark wood on it. I am going to put towels on it or something. Maybe a candle. Something pretty. It has a drawer in it too.

Tomorrow I am getting my hair done at a learning school. We'll see how that goes. I got to be there at ten.

how are you doing today I woke up at 10:15 am brushed my teeth washed my face then had a shower now I am talking to you and also having some oatmeal and stawberries for breakfast today. I hope we don't get a storm I think we got enough rain for a week. I am glad you got a new table for yourself that's good it matches in the bathroom. It is hot here again today too. I am sweating. I didn't really want to turn the air on though if I can help it. There is a slight breeze (can't get one when you want one, but otherwise it is windy) here today so that helps some. It looks like rain and is suppose to today.

I got new chairs in my dining room from the unit John got. I got a new table for the bathroom, I already told you I believe. It does match the sink. If I put a white doily on it, it will really match. The wood is dark. It is just little. Has one drawer in it. But I can put my towels on it and maybe my perfumes on the top. That would look cool. John got a couple of paintings too. One is a nice print of a charob in a bathtub. I might put it on the wall in the bathroom if there is room. It does match the walls. It has a pink matt on it. So it does match the walls and my handtowels that I just got. So we shall see. I don't know if there will be room though as he is going to put shelves up. But there might be a little wall space. The other painting is oils so it can't go in the bathroom. It would be too damp.

I walked Jasmine today with my girlfriend. She (Jasmine) was pretty good, though she is a car chaser and that scares me. I guess I better do the dishes, then got to sort the laundry. Getting my hair done tomorrow morning. I hope it turns out. Going to a learning school, so it is experimental of some sort. I am taking a risk. But I figure the students are trying really hard so that helps. I hope... My hairdresser moved away on me. So I was left hanging. But will try this tomorrow.

Good afternoon karenI got call from my dr office today I have to go for an appt today they called about my ultra sound I had at the hospital on june 2nd. I am a little scared I don't know what they want to talk to me about I hope they don't say I am pregnant or something I will freak. I am glad there  is sometime of breeze I have to go there at 3:45pm today I am just drying my clothes I washed my stuff so I can wear ,y clean clothes to the dr's. I am glad you guys got some nice stuff. I am glad you walked jasmine Brad wen out for breakfast and he said it was really hot. I checked the weather with the humdity it is 32 here in hamilton. Tomorrow is supposed to thunderstorm the rest of the week is supposed to be cooler I hope so I don't like the humid weather. I hope you have a nice afternoon I willlet you know what the dr says about the ultra sound when I get home. Take care Alexis
