Lindsey,
Life does not give us answers as fast as we want them. You have to find a way to center yourself and remain calm.
I will list a few for you to start with, being proactive and researching a few will take your mind off the illness and on to controlling you and your emotions. You need to trust that we know we are telling you is true. A lot of us have been where you are, you are not alone in your symptoms and storm! However, there are ways to ride it our more comfortably.
Metta: act of loving kindness read "lovingkindness"

Both books are very short reads and can be found at the local libraries.
Lindsay, we do not create our pain and suffering. In the end, we are responsible for doing the best we can to handle it day to day and not allow it to conquer us. Take a deep slow breath and start fight back, you can do this!
