I see a psychiatrist and a psychologist. I think one of the things that has helped me the most is to learn mindfulness. It keeps me in the now. I try to stay in the present at all times. If you practice that, you will eliminate worrying about the past or the future. So it really simplifies life. I do hope that this helps you.
