our poor sad sack, I know how you feel. Not eating is a huge part of this gray yucky place you are in. You need eat, even though you are over weight your body needs daily fuel. So look into healthy life style eating habits. Not diets.
BF are always busy at the wrong time, they will be though.
you have people and stuff, to prove it and make yourself feel better make a list. It is just your "bad" inner voice telling you the wrong stuff right now. Challenge it.
The guilt over Mom?? Well thats what Mom do best, handle daughters problems. your call, you know your Mom better that me.
Turn some music on or open a book. Do you like poetry? Find an outlet, it feels good. Journal, paint-- do something.
