Welcome to the
depression forum. I am glad you decided to join us... Therapy is an excellant place to start. Your therapist will guide you on the different things you can do to feel better. Remember that the process is going to take time and work from you. It should go well though, especially if you get a good therapist. Just be honest with them and
open. Try not to be nervous. It will go fine. Make sure to let us know how it went.
In the meantime, maybe you could get out for a walk. It really helps both mentally and physically. Even if you don't go for very long.
