Good morning/evening all...
Cold, but sunny morning. Possible 'flurys' overnight. That would be appropriate for Christmas morning.

UA, sorry about your Dad's hospitalization. No major storm for us...just three inches of rain, but because the ground must be semi frozen, it couldn't sink in...just flooded. High winds, but no power outage for us...thank goodness.

Just saw TEN deer parade through the back yard in single file. Haven't seen that many together in awhile. Now, if they were only pulling a sleigh I might get some Christmas spirit.

Sounds cool Joyce about the deer. Yeah, if there would of been a sleigh behind it would you have told us about it??? LOL...

Watching funny Christmas movies as I clean the house. Husband is working... I am just hoping he gets off for our Candle Light Church Service tonight.

Hi everyone!

UA prayers for your Dad.

Waiting for the white bread to rise so I can bake it. Then off to my mother-in-laws this afternoon for scrabble and the clams and spaghetti for dinner with hubby when he gets off work.

Tomorrow, they both want chinese food for dinner. I think they watch The Christmas Story too much! At least I don't have to cook.

Merry Christmas Eve everyone, Goose my smallest dog says hello as he watches everything I type today, he is sitting on my lap.

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for the prayers for my dad.

Joyce/Karen: Glad it wasn't any major storm and things are more or less back to normal.

Just got off work. Didn't work late this year. It wasn't as busy as last year of the year before though. No major plans for Christmas tomorrow. I'm not really feeling like Christmas. We will go up and visit my dad and probably I'll just spend the day watching movies. Hoping this will distract me from feeling more depressed. I actually plan to start watching movies from tonight.

Morning Everyone!!!!

No presents today... waiting to unwrap until the kids get back on Thursday. They stopped by last night to open one present each- that was helpful with my sadness about them being gone.

Hubby and I are relaxing today. Steaks, shrimp and potatoes for Christmas lunch.

Cold front is moving through today- supposed to put the temps below freezing.

No presents...period! At least you get to open something Thursday, Michele.

Lunch for me... scrambled eggs and mushrooms. Husband is taking a nap.

Got some snow overnight...just a dusting, but it looked pretty. Cats couldn't figure out 'what is that WHITE stuff on my deck?'

Christmas was nice here. Quiet and yummy. We ate too much of course. I hope everybody had a good day with family. That is what I think it is all about. Being with the ones that you love.
