I dont know what to do. Im 16 years old and constantly im deppressed mode.
Im gay and im in the closet and im so frightened of what
Everyone is going to say when i do come out. So i like this guy that goes to my school hes in band just like me and i rEALLY like him.im a junior here and hes a senior and ive been crushing on hom since i was a freshman. ITS SO FRUSYRATING BECAUSE hes always staring at me and its just a mind blowing thing cuz i really really like him and this isnt helping. Ughhh now i have this friend whos a girl and i liked her for 3 years and ive been hiding everythingfrom her it sucks. I seriously dont know what to do i have absolutely no one to talk to my friends all disapprove the lgbt community and im stuck talking to myself which is horrible because the more i think about it all tje more i get mad and upset tjat i dont have support

Have you tried reaching out to your counselor at school? She/he may have some helpful information.
May find out where the other gay kids hang out. There has to be more than you. Or try joking a forum for kids like you.

Hi Joel,

Welcome to the forum. Be careful. Sometimes other guys will lure you in and then beat the crap out of you. I don't want to see that happen. So please be careful.

I too suggest talking to your counselor. He or she might be able to help you in this matter. I don't know. It is hard living in the closet. But do what you need to do for the time being.

Joel,

welcome! Safety first is the key here. Since you are so young, you must realize that there are very evil people out there waiting to prey on innocent kids like you.

At the top of this forum there are lots of RESOURCES, some for teens. Please check them out and see if any may help you.

School councelor is a safe bet, they have to hold your confidence and can help guide you in some choices. Possibly someone to talk to that will help you grow with your emotions.

I will say that you must learn to accept who you are and be proud of it. We were all made in Gods image, no matter what anyone says. Nothing can seperate us from Gods love.

Keep posting here, we listen and support each other with no judgements!
