cry  I just got a call from the child protective service and they said someone reported to them that i have been being physically abusive to my two kids but thats 100% not true because I barely see my kids because I work and go to school not only that they havent even been staying with me this past year they've been living with my mother and father arcoss town it just breaks my heart that someone is so evil enough to lie on me so that i lose my kids what have i done that was so bad that someone would what to do this to me. cry

Don't worry. Dhs knows they get lots of untrue charges. They may talk to your children and come look at your home. They will drop it once they see you are a busy, but loving mother. Just take a deep breath and try not to worry.
My own sister did that to me and they did their investigation (which opened and closed in 3 days). The investigation was closed and labeled unjustified. I was worried, too. It really was not that bad so don't psych yourself out. It sounds like you have enough pressure on you already.

As A_V said, they will probably talk to the kids and talk to you and they will know what is what. So try to relax and not stress over it. Things should be okay.

Sad,

Take to hear what AV is telling you. The investigators that come out see enough "real" abuse that they will be able to tell, from the childrens responses and body language the truth.

So you have nothing to worry about. Stand strong with your truth against that "evil". It will empower you. Yes, it should be over in a few days.

If you have excessive alcohol in the house of the holidays I would give it to a neighbor to hold. Just to be safe.

Who would do this?

Small minded uneducated morons. We had cps called on us twice by one neighbor who was jealous and mentally ill. We were terrified at first but, as others said, they will see the truth in short order. Just make sure house is relatively clean and as Trina said, put up alcohol and meds.

The truth will out
