Impossible situation

Hey, I feel in such a bad depression at the moment, I'm going to go back to the doctors for meds and I really feel like I have nowhere to turn at the moment and I don't know what to do anymore. My situation with my partner is becoming impossible and I really don't know what to do anymore, it all hurts so much just now and I want it to stop. I'm trying so hard to pull myself out of it, but I just don't know how. x

I think it is a great idea to go back to the doctor. Try going for a walk or exercising. It helps. Meditation helps too. Things will get better. This is a hard time of the year. Days are so short, we don't get enough sun. Try getting out... See if it helps you...

Dear confused,

It is a good thing that you are going back on the medication. We all need a little help. Meds do that for us. Help keep us balanced.

Please take Karens advice and walk at least 10 mins during the day. You will be amazed at the diff in attitude.
