Know that depression is NOT YOUR FAULT. It is an illness that needs to be treated and respected as one by you and your doctors.
Hopefully you are seeing a therapist and they have introduced you to DBT skills and others that will help you through the dark moments. We all have them, but learned to deal with them until they pass. They also do, pass that is.
At the beginning of this forum, there is a thread labeled resources. Please, take time to review all that is available that for you. Put some numbers into your phone should you need them in the future. check out some links for you and your therapist. or to find a therapist.
Stay strong and keep posting here. Knowing you are not alone is one of the biggest hurdles we have in fighting the battle.
