yes, this is a huge step your recovery! Anger is a great emotion to be feeling, you most likely have repressed it for years.
The thing to do now is realize how to handle it and what emotions are behind the anger. Anger is a secondary emotion designed to protect us. Sad, hurt, embarrassed is most likely behind the anger.
There are some great books out there to read that can help you learn to deal with the anger. some are listed on the resources at the top of the depression thread.
Journaling about what you realize you are angry about past and present is a great what to release emotions also.
Stay strong, keep posting and welcome to our forum. We try to support and listen to each other as much as possible. Sometimes it makes all the difference.
